Jakarta General Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) supports Jakarta Dept. of Population and Civil Registration to complete e-ID card recording up to December 2016. It is because the voter data will be based on e-ID card.

Mimah Susanti, Bawaslu Head, said there are 164,290 people have not recorded their data.
“We support the recording to minimize the cheating,” she said, Monday (9/19).
Students Participating Local Election SocializationAccording to him, e-ID card data will eliminate the use of temporary ID card letter. This letter will trigger additional voter data.
“e-ID card data is valid, no cheating at all,” she added.
Temporary ID card letter is issued by urban village office. There is no way to determine the letter is real or fake.
